Shipping Policy
Shipping times usually average from 2-3 weeks. However, due to current restrictions with customs, please allow for up to a month and a half (1 month & 15 days) for shipping to you.

Our shipping is always free for you. Items are shipped via TTPOST couriers to the address that you've entered.
Return & Exchange Policy
We encourage all of our customers to read the information provided for each product. Be sure to check out our sizing charts as well.
Returns are done for items that are defective, torn, soiled, or damaged items. Please note that all products are checked for quality before they are shipped to you.

Returns must be done within 7 days of receipt of the item. Returns will be done for 50-75% of the cost depending on the item. We will contact you once a return is requested and the percentage returned to you is based on the company's discretion.

Exchanges are not possible, however, we can re-order an item on request.
